27 pounds gone since I started to try and lose this excess weight. 17 of those pounds since surgery

Went to a mexican restaurant after church. Lets just say it was unenjoyable. A taco salad with hardly any meat. Total bummer. But I was in control.

Going to get on my Kutting Weight Sweat Suit on while applying Sweet Sweat lotion. Going to see if this stuff works. If nothing maybe it will get my metabolism moving. Treadmill here I come.

Thanks for posting on my blog. You will have to tell me how you did with your fill. That part makes me nervous

Thanks for checking in. I am doing better. I started just getting on treadmill for 5 min at a time and it has helped relieve that gas that settled in around my diaphram. Im feeling soooooo much better

Hey there. my surgery was on Wednesday May 11th. So Im just recovering. Im fairly new to the site also. I created a facebook page just for communicating about the lap band and I have alot of others on there who did also.
