day 1 pre-op diet...and i'm hungry. lol. just bought a gallon of water to challenge myself to drink it and hopefully fill me up. the good news is i do at least get a healthy dinner, not just protein shakes all the time.

first day back to work post op has gone ok...will be glad to get home and lay down for a bit though.

For the first time tonight I had someone be like "omg youve lost so much weight what have you been doing?!"...felt great! #finally #wls

go back to solid foods on sat...i'm kinda nervous, like i don't know what to do? #wls

Hey! Yes, I went for the fill. I've been losing, which is great, but probably able to eat more than I should, so thats why I went for it. Feels interesting, that's for sure! I can definitely tell a difference.
