    Hey im sick today as well and have gone light on the soup because im extra sensitive thAnks to my cold <_<but, its just the way it works and if you cant keep soup down drink something smooth or try some Gatorade for the day. I just had surgery about 3 monthes ago and every time i get sick i cant keep to much in just take things slow today.
