  6. No sorry I am not familiar with any doc in Mexico at all but if you look around her on the site or even post a new thread asking that same question I am sure you will get responces from people who have gone there to get theirs done.
  7. I agree with ouroborous but if you are still concerened with the fat are you easting full fat or 2% cheese sticks? are you eating just the egg white or are you eating the yolk also? as for the beans you may just have to change brands but I do believe that they do have a fat free refried bean out there. Well good luck and try not to be so hard on your self
  8. The VSG was oringinaly the first step of a DS for people who were to unhealthy to stay on operating table for a long period of time, since the VSG is a shorter operation and has a lower complication rate. So they would do the VSG let the patient loose some weight then go back in and do the DS, but they found that people who never went back to get the DS were lossing and maintaing just as well as the people thet went all the way to the DS. So unless you find that you are not able to reach goal or maintain with the VSG and you and your doc feel that malsorption would help you maintain then you could go to the next step and get the DS. Well I hope that I have answered your question please feel free to post a new thread or send me a PM if you have any more. Good luck with your research it really is one of the best things you can do to prepare your self for your new life!!

  17. The headachmay be because you are dehydrating your self or could be more like a carb or caffeen withdrawel. As for the diarraha its like they say Liquid in Liquid out it should get better when you hit puree mushy stage but because of that much more important to be sipping water all day long I know easier said then done

So I went to the Dr.and since I had lost the 11 pounds which put me under the required 40 BMI ( This will be the weight that the dr sends to the insurance company) I put ankle weights on both legs put my house and work keys, phone, and box cutter in my pockets ate breakfast and drank a liter of water before I steped on the scale And I made it YEAH ...
