The headachmay be because you are dehydrating your self or could be more like a carb or caffeen withdrawel. As for the diarraha its like they say Liquid in Liquid out it should get better when you hit puree mushy stage but because of that much more important to be sipping water all day long I know easier said then done

hello Just an update to an eairler post that I did.... So I went to the Dr.and since I had lost the 11 pounds which put me under the required 40 BMI ( This will be the weight that the dr sends to the insurance company) I put ankle weights on both legs put my house and work keys, phone, and box cutter in my pockets ate breakfast and drank a liter of water before I steped on the scale And I made it YEAH ... I was a 40.1 BMI LOL I never thought I would be trying so hard to make the scale go up :confused1:

Oh and the greek yogurt and ranch mix also makes a good dip for raw veggies when you get to that stage

Another way that I have found instead if useing mayo use greek yogurt and mix in some of the powdered ranch mix with some store bought buffalo sauce and I guess the blue cheese crumbles if you like that

I finnaly got around to taking my before pictures the other day and even after a 10 pound loss eeek thay were scary and depresing. I can't wait to get the sleeve!!!

while reading on here it seems better not to tell co workers it seems thats alot of people are getting negative reactions. Me on the other hand have told just about everyone at that would listen to me (and wound up finding other people who are getting it done or want to get it done) and have gotten very little negative feedback. Or maybe I am getting negative feedback and I am just not registering it cuz i dont want to hear it!!!

Maybe he was inquiring becuase he is thinking about getting it done and that is his way of research??? I duno but I don't think people who have had surgery have a certain "look" to them

' One thing you could do since you ahve to sit at a desk all day is get a excersise ball and sit on that intead of a chair. they are harder to slouch in and there is no back rest to lean on so you tend to have to use your leg and core mucles to sit up

not all dr's require the lack of BC but the ones that do do it because BC can cause blood clots which is allready a risk with the surgery
