Deli meat, cheese, boca burgers, tuna, eggs, anything high Protein that id eat with a sandwich...spray some i cant believe its not butter and add garlic and put in the oven...yum!! this is definitely a pre-op indulgence (im doing a hi-pro lo-carb diet) but i expect to try it again when my tummy can handle a piece of bread again.

So my NUT has not returned my calls or emails for 2 days and i just started my preop diet...prior to this i had no idea about the net carbs vs regular carbs phenomenom...all i want to know is do i count net carbs or regular carbs...it seems like different people had different opinions as i browsed verticalsleeve.com but no one had a response that was medically sound (like my doctor said to do this or not to do this because...) Can anyone help me since my NUT seems to be on vacation? Can i count Net carbs...why or why not? Thank u!! You're all so amazing and your words are beyond inspirational!
