    Good Afternoon Ladies and Gents..... I'm on day 8 for the post op and I'm feeling okay. I kinda cheated on Sunday and had a spoon full of rice, but I focused and I'm presently back on task. Unsure how many people had to do the liquid diet, but it stands for deteremination and will power. I have had my husbanxd try to sabatoge my success with all these elaborate meals and I finally broke down and had some rice (bummer) God knows that I want this truly bad, so I'm BACK....
     
    Can anyone tell me if its okay to have a sprinkle of hot sauce in my broth? Ive been eating on edy's popsicles and drinking crystal light and low fat low cal jello.
