Hi Donna, How are you doing so far? I am doing good so far, as of today I have no soreness at all and I am not having trouble eating anything.. knock on wood, I am actually excited to go to the next phase I'm bored with these full and clear liquids. I haven't weighed myself yet just making sure I stay hydrated right now. I do have trouble swallowing which I think is me going to fast... Let me know how everything is with you.. TTYL
