im not doing bad im 5 wks post op now an on solid food breads a real problem but everything else seems fine. its a real struggle trying to keep a lid on portion size and i proberly have over done it once or twice but i would suggest measuring the amounts u need. At this stage u dont feel fall but u do get an inkling that u should stop eating u need a lot of will p...
