  1. I hit 282 before Xmas After new year I was 300 Hit 280 today

    Those Who Have Lost 100+

    I was banded 4/28/11 I lost 100 in the 1st 7 mos Dec I gained a few That is off as of today I eat a lot of chopped fresh vegs and canned tuna/chicken Dannon light Water I started @ 1100 cals a day for the first 60 lbs I around 1500 for the last 2 mos (not counting holidays)

  4. Are you running the same restriction? Are you eating the same as you were on the way there? How long have you been at your goal?
  5. I work in an office I took 2 weeks off Returned on a Friday I was ready for the weekend after that day The surgery and 4 weeks (2 pre 2 pos) of diet took a lot out of me

  7. I am doing well also I have been runing with very littile restriction the last mouth. Working on getting it back. I have another fill Weds. 9/28 I try to stick tp 1250 cals a day I need more exercise. I did ride bike 16 miles today ( I was doing that at 380 also) Off BP meds All blood work normal. Hips still an issue Very happy so far
  8. I had my 2nd fill Weds I had /2 removed thurs Sips of water were taking 45 sec to pass
  9. Just got back from having 1CC removed Can now drink something and not feel it go down andhear gurgling 45 sec later
  10. I got 2nd fill today I feel it I tried some cottage cheese for dinner..... Two small bites in and it did not stay down Sipping proten shake and it is gurgling as it goes down I know I felt better the next day last time, I hope this is the case this time also.
  11. Find a web site or application that will help you log your intake Set a limit for intake and stick to it Tracking food intake is every bit as important as working out
  12. I got 3CCs Weds (1st fill) I feel a difference Also having to adjust a little
