I so agree with you all. Why get the surgery at all if you don't change your head habits. I lost 73 lbs in less than 6 months. I am at my goal and still going by the rules. Honestly had I read some of these posts before surgery, I might not of gone through with it. My sister and my niece as well as myself have been very successful following the rules. We were overweight a long tine like everyone on here. You gotta want it to win it. Good luck!

Followed all my rules from doctor and am now at my goal of 70 lbs lost in 5 months 11 days. No complication just happy to reach my goal. I have to admit no exercise which I need as a 59 year old. Saw my doctor once he wanted to know whyi didnt need him after my surgery. All was well. Clear head and determination! Good luck. It's all on you!Weighed in this morning. Didn't really love my Dr but he did lapband plus plication (no charge)and have never looked back. Surgery on Nov 6 and have lost 68 lbs. 2 from goal. Low carbs and portion control. Best of luck!
