I'm at 8.3 cc....and 8.4 was hard on me......I got an unfill October to 7.5.... and just reupped to 8.3......I think this is me for a while.....

I was too tight in late September and got an unfill. I finally went and got it all back except for .1 cc......and I feel good....down 9 pounds in a week.......all weight lifting and eating a solid 1500 calories a day....

Gotta maintain your band for it to work...........or its no good.....

One coworker that I was working out with anyways.....no one else....lol....they all weren't really relevant to my life anyways.......good timing and missed no work.....

HONESTLY.....the app helps keep me in range. Is so easy to get off track on a daily basis .......makes me think about my choices......

depends on your body......when I would get stuck I'd get up and walk around for a minute or two.....it usually goes down......just remember...(smaller bites....lots more chewing)....and don't panic....stay relaxed...it'll pass.....

Very.........when I get stuck, I just forget trying to eat for a few hours....

I've done a lot on my other visits there....., I think I want to act like a local for a few days and just laugh at tourists.....lol.....I'm weird like that I guess. I'm sure I'll find something to get into while killing off the time before my team gets there....

Been there twice.....did the tourist thing........this time I have two days to burn before all my people get there.......Anyone want to tell me what I can do besides go broke.....or someone volunteer to keep me company....LOL....I'm pretty sure I'll just go broke.....LOL...

every consumable weightloss product is a gimmick.........IJS......

Umm......nope...still 7 inch around.......its now about three inches longer than when I started......life is good.....lol....
