I read it all.....lol........and a defensive person only validates ones feelings......I loathe a person who can't just place themselves in someone elses shoes in critical times...........hopefully it'll all work out.....

and for the record....lol....I was just fine before....lol....but extra never hurts in this area....lol....

My lovehandles don't want to budge, but that's always the last to go......so I won't complain.......my arms, chest, shoulders, and legs are NICE.....

My wife was a size 8 when we met and I was like 440lbs.......we got married and in the last three years and a child later, she's a size 16 and even before the band I had lost about 50 pounds. Since the band she's resented me and blammed me for her gaining weight and saying that I'm abandoning her because I got the band and leaving her in the "fat zone". She won't go to the gym with me, walk with me, participate in recreational sports with me...nothing. The funny thing is she wouldn't do any of those with me before the band either, but now it's all my fault she's bigger.......... I say all that to say.....if your partner is trying to be with you and supports you....stay put......just my opinion......

I have a 14cc and I got 4cc on my first fill Friday....I wanted less, but I'm glad I got that amount because I can really feel the difference.....

Women will stare at you a little longer when you're a little smaller and want you to notice them. SO I'd have to agree that the female is just as shallow as the male......

No one's perfect, but everyone has a choice......make better ones.....

"They" say everyone's sweet spot if different....just gotta find it......I used Dr. Kim in Colleyville, TX and he told me that each person'd body sets the perfect weight loss ratio with the band......

I was the 26th.....just walk that gas away.......and it'll all be good.....

The socks are very comfortable.......

I was banded on the 26th too and on the 27th.....around noon...... I sat on the toilet and stayed there until I had a movement and started passing gas.....and from that point on I've been a farting machine.....finally got the left shoulder pain to stop.....I've walked aroung two different malls in the last two days too.....trying to do a minumum of a mile a day.......
