Just wanted to add that restriction..whicb is whag we are all aiming for..is not being so tight u can barely eat..true restriction is being able to eat various textures of food..smaller amounts and be sastiated for longer periods..yes ur band may flutuate and be tighter say in the am or during TOM.. but if u cant keep food down on a regular basis and only drink liquids you are too tight and run the risk of dehydration or slippage...i have been too tight twice and needed an unfill..dropped serious weight quickly but not healthy....just my 2 cents best wishes to alll on ur journey.

I know how you feel..but trust me dont do it...u can gef a tiny unfill and still have that restriction...dont take the chance of ending up in the hospital..i used to say i wanted my band super tight..but after havkng it too tight several times..soooo not worth it...yes u will loose weigbt and fast..but u will be sick..and. the weight will come back on quickly..i am a slow loser..only 40 in about a year..but i drop inches faster..please get a small unfill...u will be better off.trust me..feel free to PM me

I feel like i'm not the "typical bandster"..i dont measure food or count calories...i do work out at least 4 days a week and i train hard...i was a slow loser..went some months being stuck at the same weight..it took me a year to loose just 40 pounds and i am having the hardest time losing the last 15 i want to lose..BUT!!!! In the first year i went from a size 20 to a 12..last year my bday outfit was a 16 and this year my dress was a 10..so i have lost more inches than pounds..but that was my goal anyway..best wishes to you..everybody 's journey is different and i dont compare mine to others cuz it just used to stress me out..i think the more you have to lose the faster in the beginning...but that's just my opinion.
