this is the first week in a year that my exercise routine has gone out the window..gotta get my head back in the game.

started my supreme 90 home workout and it aint no punk..praying this takes me to my last goal size of 10!!!!

i hate this but i think i'm gonna have to start measuring out food portions!

gotta trick my body back into losing mode...ugh i hate being stuck at one weight..losing and gaining the same 2 pounds

on my way to mississippi for my dads bday..last time i was here i had no restriction and it was thanksgiving and i did good..this time i'm at good restriction:-)

taxes finally done..why do i always have to pay the state of illinois! ugh!

still tryn to get used to shopping on the "normal sized" part of the clothing store!

ugh my band is really gettn on my nerves..first tight in the morning and lunch time...now it's tight morning and night. WTF! still goin to see my doc, plus i gained like 3 pounds in all this madness. NOT HAPPY RIGHT NOW! UGH!

soooo happy to be able to eat something..hmmmm now i'm pondering if i need that unfill.....ugh why wont my damn band be consistent!!!

so sad i have to get a slight unfill..damn , damn damn!!!!

9 months..40 pounds gone forever! old size 18/20..current size 12/14!!!

ok i am so special. i just looked and i have my starting weight at like 2 different numbers. duh! it actually was 242. i have 248 on my other lapband journey. i'm like hmmm i passed my 40 pounds, but i really didnt, still got that one pound to go! LOL!

is starting to love shopping again. actually tried on a size 12 shirt(wrap shirt) and it was kinda big(sure cuz of how it was made), but it still made me smile. Now if i could shake this one pound i will be at my 40 pound loss in 9 months!!!

bought a size 12 shirt this weekend!!! omg sooooo shocked! but happy!

being sick is no fun...make my band tight and TOM i here too..ugh!!!

2 pounds away from 40!!!! i believe i can hit onederland by feb 14th!!! my vday gift to myself!
