    Just a comment on grams of Protein. Most people can only absorb 24 grams of protein at a time. People that take servings that boast of 30 or 32 are just wasting it. So when you take your protein, 24 grams is the max at one serving.

    I just sleeved March 17. Let me say you need to have only clear fluids for the three days prior. If you do this it will lessen the gas pain that you have for first days after. I didn't do the three days and I paid for it. All the best!

    I just got my VSG in a Tijuana clinic which was voted top private medical clinic for both 2009 & 2010 on March 17 it is the evening of March 19th now and I am feeling great. I fly home to Canada tomorrow. The doctor, Dr. Pompa is a leader and pioneer in the field trained at Mayo Clinic in Florida. the fee is only $7900 and they pick you up at the hotel in San Deigo and take you back when you are done.
