  2. So, yeah sometimes you will eat at McDonald's or whatever equilalent of McD's that you prefer... What to order?? OMG the choices!!! For me I have 3 standby choices... 6 piece nugget meal ... with Coke Zero... i eat 3 nuggets and exactly 6 fries... the rest of the nuggets become another meal and the rest of the fries go to my neighbor's pregnant dog, cuz let's face it, reheated fries are so very nasty and not worth the calories... and the dog, well she really appreciates my dieting efforts ... And YES i drink Coke Zero.. yes it is carbonated... no I haven't died from it yet.... i sip it slowly and burp when i need to very easy.... oh, and if i'm feeling virtuous, i will peel my nuggets halfway... Fillet o'fish... or whatever it is called.... ask for a fork when you order (and when they look at you funny, like you are insane, just smile nicely).... pull the fish piece off of the bun, and chuck it, or if you have a pregnant dog or any malnurished creature living near your home, save it....... eat the fish with the fork... and again 6 fries...... If the sandwich comes with cheese, eat it, cuz even the processed crap has 3 grams of Protein.... Snack wraps...... lovely creation... grilled chicken or beef are the best.. here we only have crispy chicken ones and beef patty ones, and they come wrapped with a slice of bacon.... i eat half of the tortilla or less, and all of the meat.... no fries with this bugger... What do you eat out??

  11. Oh WOW.. just realized it's my 6 MONTH SURGIVERSARY.... ok... I am down 84 pounds from my pre-surgery weight.. I am currently 214 pounds... a comfy size 14 or a slightly tight 12...

  12. carbs = a slippery slope.... I have given myself 1 full week to enjoy carbs.. haven't gained or lost weight, so I'm cool... glad to be giving my body a break, and good to see what my body can no longer handle...

  14. I agree with taking it slow.. I know you get frustrated and want to rip your hair out (which i advise against cuz its gonna fall out anyway.... LOL).. Let the weight loss happen naturally, plus the faster you lose, the more saggy your skin will look... I just started losing a lot quicker and my skin is looking so bad i'm afraid to look in the mirror.. Losing slowly allows your skin to regain its elasticity.. Just my thoughts... fyi: About your calories.. are you writing every single little thing down??? Drinks, additives, condiments even??? Cuz once i started doing that (about 2 months ago) i realized how skewed my daily totally were in comparison with what i thought they were... Also, 20 grams of carbs... total or net carbs??? cuz if you are going with net carbs, then your real carb intake is much higher than you think...

    What did i do?

    DO NOT WORRY!! Every doctor is different... My doctor had me on mushies the week after my surgery... Many doctors do the same thing... the key is to avoid anything crunchy like crackers, or with small hard particles (like the little bits in whole grain crackers)... Relax.. at first it is bloody hard, but it gets easier, and the hunger (which is mostly head hunger anyway) will go away.. and then you will be rocking your sleeve!! Best of luck!!!
  19. 16s are really really comfy.. practically falling off comfy... oh well... 2 more sizes and i'm offically screwed, cuz i will be out of clothes, and i tried buying pants here, but their idea of an extra large is an American SMALL and they are highwaters cuz I'm 5'8" and that is really tall for a girl here :( .. oh well i will be back in TX in 2 months..

  20. i love my 5th grade private student... i walked in the door and he stares at me looking shocked and then "wow.. teacher.. did you lose weight??" then runs off to tell his mom... who complimented me on my collar bones :) .... i <3 him! LOL

  21. i can't stop touching and looking at my collarbones... i love the way they are showing and i love the bony feel!!! i'm so weird!!

  22. Yay!! Kilo-- Onederland!! Today I was 99.6 kilos!! Finally!! :) Now for pound Onederland!! (its exciting for me cuz in Korea we use Kilos, and my scale measures Kilos.. then I have to enter it in my Excel sheet and see how many pounds it is..)

  25. NSV--- my slutty thigh high school girl socks I bought in Japan now fit, and my Large men's t-shirt is roomy... oh, and i put on a swimsuit that someone gave me.. i think its a miracle suit, cuz damn.. i'm actually considering wearing it at the upcoming beach volleyball tourney!!
