Congrats on the 127lbs weight loss! How long have you been at a stand still? I know sometimes it helps me to go back on the liquids (juicing) or homemade smoothies to help me restart my weight loss or if i'm feeling like I need to give me system a break. Just a suggestion not sure if you have tried it or not. I do it for about 7-10 days. You're not that far from your goal so don't give up and you are still a success 127lbs is alot!! -
No one notice for me either than that changed very quickly - trust me!

Hello, Just joined the group but not new to VST! Like what I see thus far. Had my surgery in May 2011 down 123lbs and still loving the journey thru the good and ruff patches!

@LilMissDiva - everytime I look at this pic I can't believe I was that heavy, I never really saw myself as being that big but a picture is worth a 1000 words. So glad that's not me anymore -

Well It's been a long time VS Talk but her I am again - 8 months post op and down 101lbs! Yeppers!! I feel good with a minor issue but I won't complain - just posted my before and after pics in my gallery! Taken full body shots for a changer ! LMBO
