Thank you for your advice about returning the Isopure...don't know what I was thinking when I bought it! I did buy 3 bottles of GNC Amp with 60g protein and 0 carbs. Started my pre-op diet today and struggling with emotions, but will get through this!

I am having vsg with Dr. Kelly on 4/13. Your comments really helped me make my decision about going to him instead of another surgeon I first selected. I like the way you give information and opinions in a very fair and balanced way. Any advice would be appreciated as I prepare for this journey!
