I am just frustrated, no weight loss and constant burning in the back of my throat for over a week. My last fill was May 25.

This my first time eating breading and I didn't like the feeling when it went down. Boy, did it get stuck and I almost threw up...whew. I don't think I will trying bread anymore.

Taking a 2 mile walk gave me so much energy.

Today, I woke with no bloatness or gas feeling. It feels wonderful, I gonna to take a walk today.

I hate taking medications!!!! Yukey!!!
