20 Ways To Tighten Skin After Weight Loss

I respect your opinion but you couldn't be more wrong, genetics and age do play a major role, but it is NOT your only hope. All of these are opinions that worked for countless other people. I'm not saying they are all easy fixes and cures but they may be very useful for SOME people, not all. You say they are all bull, but have you tried any of them for yourself? Have you attempted any? There is no REAL solution to this epidemic but there are many ways to treat the symptoms of it and these are some. I'm sure there are many other treatments. You speak of the biggest loser lifting weights like crazy and still have flabby skin. Well, did you err stop to think why? They are losing TOO much weight TOO rapidly. Facts show that it takes up to 2 years or more for your skin to actually catch to your weight loss progression. Plus that show is all about fast weight loss not healthy weight loss. Building muscle mass does help with loose skin because it fills in the pockets needed to properly structure skin from the inside out, but you have to understand that your skin is an organ also. By keeping that organ healthy you are ultimately increasing your chances to limit the amount of loose skin you will come to see.

    Can U Ever Have?

Yes you can have carbonated drinks BUT it MUST be in moderation. Constant drinking of carbonated drinks do expand your new stomach. It may not be stretched by much but it IS stretched.

1 Year On I Am Gaining Weight

The main problem I see here is the soda intake. Sweets induce hunger and carbonated drinks increases stomach volume. Your best bet is to use to the substitution method. When you get a craving to drink soda grab something else to drink, that non carbonated, so slowly develop a psychological conscious connection. Doing this will eliminate your need to drink carbonated drink and start you back on the path to a health lifestyle. Hope that helps
  15. I'm talking bout every weekend, I drink every weekend lol... I'm a rum and redbull drinker first, then a vodka w/ cranberry or OJ second

So This Might Be Gross But...

This is a psychological bad habit because it forms into a habit. In the beginning your fully aware of what your doinhg because the point is not to swallow anything that is not liquid. Later down the line due to the number of times your body has done this same action is because a unconscious habit that you will soon no longer be aware of until someone calls you out on it. For now this may JUST be done with the fruits, but later it will be with actual foods you need to sustain your body's everyday active. Plus you psychological train your body to to swallow solids which is a bad thing. Since we are just babies retraining out bodies how to eat AFTER the surgery, this is a habit you would not want to take with 7-8 months down the line. Jus my opinion

How Far Out Can You Get A Leak?

Yeah the general populist is right your safe after 6 weeks and leak free after 8, unless a previous leak is missed through out those first 5weeks!
  19. Everybody is different and everyday nutritionist has their own way of doing things thru shear experience... I understand that some people may do a 2 week like diet then a colored liquid diet mixed with puréed foods then they try their luck with solids. What I can tell u is that there is NO real solution but the following necessity: 1. Sip, sip, sip daily, 2. Get in your 70-90 grams of Protein, 3. Jog or run minimum of 4x per week; 4. And when you're not jogging or running walk, walk, walk 5. Drink at least 30 mins to a hour after you eat and a hr before, 6. Eliminate fried foods and sweets, 7. Cut down on carbs These are the 7 greatest laws of sleeve success in MY book. Some may agree other may not, but through my research (and I've did extensive research, because I'm a paralegal with a curious george mentality lol) this is what post sleevers I've sat down spoke to told me. Damn I prolly drifted off topic lol But back to my point, besides those 7 laws everything you will hear from drs, dietitians and nutritionist will always vary... What's good for the gander isn't always good for the goose. I think that's how the saying goes lol
