    Skinnyagain, did the doc say what would need to be done about a pulled stitch? Does it just have to heal on its own?

    Thanks Can'tweight. It's good to know it will get better. I wasn't given a binder unfortunately, so I will just have to take it extra easy.

    Funny, I just read this whole thread because I searched "incision pain". I too have the same burning on the left incision. I'm exactly a week out today and thought I was up to getting out and walking around. I went to the grocery store and about 10 min in, I was almost doubled over in pain. My mom and I had to get back to the car and head home. I also was sleeved by Dr. Nick at Forest Park. There may be something to this??

    If you like dreamsicle, go out and buy Jay Robbie whey protein in tropical dreamsicle! I've been trying different ones and I think I finally found my favorite. I mix mine with light vanilla soy milk and it is amazing. Plus it has 25g protein in a scoop and the milk has 6g in 8 oz. Just thought I'd share, I know how tough it can be to choke protein shakes down!

    I too was sleeved on the 29th, and am feeling the same pain with every sip. I think I'm trying to drink too fast? or too big of a sip? I notice that when I slow it down, it doesn't seem to hurt as bad.

    Hey everyone, I'm new here. I'm getting sleeved on 3/29 and I was wondering if any women shaved "down there" before surgery? I was thinking that with a catheter being put in I might want to, but didn't know if I could or should. Anyone deal with this? Thanks!
