I woke up this morning and the gym was still closed. Put on my running shoes. I just walked (with a little bit of jogging) 8 miles in 2 hours! Plus, no knee pain! I feel great!

I spent last night cleaning out my closet! I took 3 bags of clothes to a friend's house fo her to look through. Now, it's time to start enjoying my shopping! Yay!

Kind of excited! Broke my week 4 stall. Plus, I bought a pair of shorts in the regular sizes today!

Going to Palm Springs for the weekend....I'm dreading shopping for a swimsuit today.

By the time I got up and moving this morning it was already hot outside. So, I went to the gym and did an hour on the treadmill.

I'm so glad it's Friday and the weekend is upon us. I'm heading to the river to enjoy some nice sunshine!

Day 4 and I'm feeling really good. I've been walking a lot. It seems to be the best medicine for recovery!

Excited as I reached my pre-surgery weight goal! Still have 3 weeks to go!

Patiently waiting for my sleeve. Six weeks to go!

Yesterday I hiked Mt. Rubidoux with my fellow sleevers. Today I did it again. I feel great!

is in a new relationship! I'm so excited! I have even shared about having my sleeve in April.

Well, I made it through my walk two days in a row. Now, I'm paying for it with an ice pack on the knee.

I completed 4 miles of walking today!

10 weeks and counting!

My VSG surgery is exactly 3 months away! The time is going by quickly!

Finally received my surgery date. So excited!

Excited as I have a tentative time frame for my sleeve. It looks like it will be March!
