Chocolate cravings, first time since surgery. Ive got them bad. JUST SAY NO!

Just calculated, only 6 pounds away from "overweight" cant wait to get away from obese. Its a horrible word!

3 days to go!

3 is now my favourite number. Another 3 pounds. Smashed my mini goal today. Wooo hooo!

oh god these adverts on tv. everything looks soooooo good. i think im hungry but know im not.

someone had boughtme a huge box of chocs as i was sick, just caved in and ate some.

30 pounds gone. What an amazing feeling!
