someone had boughtme a huge box of chocs as i was sick, just caved in and ate some.

The hair loss has started. 4 and a half months out, thought I was one of the lucky ones. Praying it doesnt get too bad. Its pretty scary seeing all that hair on the hairbrush.

The water weight thing has ressurected all the feelings of failure, i cant help thinking Im not gonna be able to do this and i wont lose the weight.
