5 lbs til normal. I cant believe it. It seems only yesterday I was happy dancing about getting to overweight!

Hair, hair, everywhere!

The hair loss has started. 4 and a half months out, thought I was one of the lucky ones. Praying it doesnt get too bad. Its pretty scary seeing all that hair on the hairbrush.

Off work and a little bored, old eating habits creeping up on me>

3 is now my favourite number. Another 3 pounds. Smashed my mini goal today. Wooo hooo!

Just discovered my slider food - super noddles. Not having them again!

BMI 29.9 exactly, no longer obese. I must be dreaming!
