I have noticed when I drink coffee, I stall on my weightloss. I tested myself, 2 weeks of coffee stall, 2 weeks of tea 2-3lb weightloss. hmmm, anyone else?

Does anyone struggle with depression? I notice after my surgery I have huge moments... like today. Stayed home..doing nothing just feeling bleh...

I wonder if all or most sleevers go through "depressed mode"? i hate feeling sad.. for no reason. Well no, I have my reasons, but why does it feel intense after being sleeved?

I haven't been on in weeks!! came on to have received 119 notifications!!! oh my! trying to read them all, lol. Sorry but got injured at my job and been so busy going to the drs, helping my mom doing her preop stuff, daughter's graduation, etc...ahhh. Need a vacation!

is it normal to be able to eat more than a hard boil egg after a yr of being sleeved? up to a week ago that is all i could eat
