My husband did something similar, we want to Target 2 weeks post op And he and my daughter were hungry and he wanted to go to the Chinese buffet, so he decided to drop me off home alone and eat with my daughter! He didn't tell me where they were going, he said they'll be back. Then when I called him I ask what's taking so long he said they were out to dinner. So I cried! I cried cause I got excluded! I didn't crave food not was I sad to sit there and watch people eat but the fact that now I was going to be excluded! After the he realized he effed up but too late!

I use to do sugar free Popsicles like all day, lol

my cousin who is a scientist told me that is soliuable (sp) so if you take too much at a time, you basically will pee it out? she recommended for me to take half of my proteiin intake in the morning and at night. I did scoopful of the high protein powder with my greek yogurt and then at night with milk just to spread it out. plus your food protein intake during the day.

I have to go to a better neighborhood goodwill, I went to the ones by my house... lol, um no! I went to ebay and well, either I am not searching correctly, but I just don't see good deals for used clothes like I would find at goodwill prices, lol I didn't know we can resell them the clothes! That is a great idea! It would be a waste of money to keep buying new clothes if it won't fit in a month anymore! Thank You for the tip!

I started taking Zoloft and Xanax 3months after my surgery due to my friend dying since then additional 6 people in my life passed on, I now suffer from post traumatic plus Wls and my mind unable to catch up with me and life!!!! I'm on my way to an interview and soooo sad I hope I don't blow it! So much has happened, it takes over my mind

As for me. I am 5ft tall, was 237lbs and now 158lbs, I've been on a stall for about 4 months

Ps one of the many times i lost weight was through a personal trainer and I gained 76lbs back in a year!!!!
