Well I am sorry, I haven't been on here lately. Been very difficult time in my life. Really at a stand still with my weight loss. Had to have rotator cuff tear repair surgery, which means that exercise has been out. Still in a sling at this time. Then on July 8, my mother-in-law passed away. When I married my husband, she took me as her own daughter because my mother had died in 1997. I miss her so much, so still trying to get used to her not being around.
