I started my pre-op diet today. What were some of the things you drank that were good and satisfing? How are you feeling??

I can not believe they are doing that to you!!! I would think that he could get out of jury duty!!!! He has people counting on him!!!!

Thank you soo much for the words of advice!! I will for sure ask him to show me!!! I know they tell us stuff, but until you have gone through it, I don't think it really sinks in! On your uvula, is that for everyone, or your just happended to get scratched? That sounds horrible! If you can't swallow, it sooo hard to drink!!!
I am SOOOO EXCITED for you that you are at 199!!! I can not remember the last time I was under 200!!! Congratulations!!!! So happy for you!!! Take it easy and don't over do it!!! (yeah like I won't be trying to do everything!!) Just take advantage of your rest time!!!! Keep us posted! So glad you are a little better!!!!

I was starting to get worried about you!!!!! SOOOO glad you are doing better!!!! I hate that you had such a hard time!!! That makes me soo nervous! I'm so happy for all of you!!!! It's so exciting & scary at the same time!!! I start my pre-op diet on Friday!!! I can not believe my surgery is one week from Friday!!! That is crazy!!! After telling my family this past weekend, I feel like a million pounds was lifted off!!! Now I can concentrate on me and getting ready!!! I am always here for y'all!! Please keep in touch!!! I'm going to send friend request to each of you too, so I'll know how you are doing!!! Luv ya! Kim :thumbup1:

Well.....I told the family yesterday!!!! Like most of you said, it went better than I thought. The initial reaction I got from them was exactly what I thought it would be , but then they listened and for the most part are on board. We had some tears, and there is a lot of concern, but they are supportive. I feel like a 1,000 pounds have been lifted off of me!!! Thank you all for the encouraging words!!! :tongue_smilie:
