I am happy with my decision to have surgery.. I found that I can tolerate non fat sugar free vanilla iced lattes from McDonalds. As well as Wendy's chili.. I found some unflavored unjury protein powder and mix it into the iced latte.. gives me 20 grams of protein.. plus greek yogurt gives me another ten grams of protein.. I enjoy sugar free popsicles to keep my liquids up. All things considered I would do it again. -
