Dr. Madan was my surgeon, and he is excellent! I have had no complications from my surgery whatsoever and was banded on March 11. The moment I met him I liked him. He is a very caring dr. and gives you his personal cell no. You can text him anytime you want also. All the best to you with your surgery.

I went with 1-800-get-thin and just got banded on 3-11. I wasn't really pleased with some of the staff and the way they went about some of the pre-op stuff, but the end results have been fantastic. My surgeon, Dr. Atul Madan, is awesome. He is extremely competent and caring, and I don't think I could have had a better one. The surgery was done at Marina-Del-Rey Hospital, and the staff there was very attentive and wonderful.

Hang in there, Pam, and you'll be fine. I am just ahead of you by four days. It took all week to feel pretty good, and I had the same types of pains. I don't think that you'll be sorry you had the surgery.
