my weight isnt moving down at all i had gained a few then lost a few then gained and now im stuck in this same spot and have been here for weeks! ive kicked up my workout... i may need a fill but i am so frustrated!...

did a research study they took out all my fluid one of the days and then when they put it all back in water was getting stuck so he took out 1.5 cc and my band feels empty now! im so upset and i realize now how important my band really is! cant wait to see the dr. on monday! just praying that i dont gain to much weight!!!!
