Try and stick to the diet as best as you can. I know my surgeon was really strict he said if he opened me up and saw that my liver had not shrunk- he would sew me back up and send me home. I stuck to it- it will really prepare you for what's to come right after surgery. Is your post-op diet after surgery liquid as well?

That trainer is just full of crap. Judgey McGee! I would definitely report him and get another trainer if that's what you are set on doing. I find what motivates me the most in the gym is my music. I make a new playlist once a week and it drowns out all the stuff around me. I hope you find an awesome trainer! Good Luck!

Congrats! You are really close to goal. It seems like the closer we are to goal the weightloss slows down. Do you exercise?

It sounds like your body is holding on to the Water. The B12 is suppose to help with that I think. Usually I get the b-12 shot from my doctor, it really helps more than the tablets. The shot makes me go every 5-10 minutes lol.

Omg! I absolutely hate chocolate and it never fails- right before that TOM comes along- I eat chocolate. However when my cycle is on- I can hardly keep food down. Nausea, headaches, body aches, etc.

I would like to at least be at 214 by Vday- I'm hoping I can pull it off- I would have loved to be at 209, but my weight loss is stalling like crazy!

Wow!!!!! Congrats!!!!!

This guy tripped and fell staring at me the other day lol. He got up and said to me, "you are soooo beautiful"! I told him thank you, and he just kept following me around the store (a little weird lol)- I had to turn him down, I'm going on 8 years with my BF but it was still very cute. It's funny how these things happen when you start losing weight- I haven't dealt with such things since high school lol.

Thanks guys for all your answers. I have a consultation on Monday with a plastic surgeon. Im still losing weight but my breast size isn't changing much and they are very heavy. My back has been giving me me hell for the past 2 weeks. My insurance covers the procedure so I guess I will just have to see. I will most likely put the procedure off until I'm under 200lbs.
