  1. I ran on the treadmill for the first time today ever- I usually just run on the track because I'm clumsy but OMG! It was wonderful- I feel like I can do anything!!!!

  2. Burned 400 calories last night at the gym- it was one of my bad workouts- I totally threw up at the gym. Embarrassing!

  3. Gym time in one hour! I so need this!

  4. Started my food journal. I'm at 500 calories for the day, I'm going for a work tonight after work- this entire week I'm working out everyday. I can see physical changes but the scale isn't moving!

  5. Burned 700 calories just now- too excited!!!!

  7. My surgeon wants me to be 150, but I truly think if I lost another 40 pounds I'd be ok. Maybe even 35... I think my body is starting to look great!

  8. Going to get my hair done and then off to the gym- backwards, yeah lol.

  10. Can't argue with results! My dietician wants me to be at 214.5 by March 13- I weighed in this morning at 216. The scales are moving again!!!!
