  2. I have to get under 200!!!! Its going to bother me until I do.

  3. Today I had my sonogram to find out what was causing my cycle issues- I have ovarian cysts. I've been so sad all day. Tomorrow I should know what my doctor plans to do :(

  4. Saw my surgeon today for my one year post op appointment- he only expects me to lose 20 more lbs over the next year. Shocking, but do-able. I personally want to lose about 40 more pounds.

  5. Did a 3mile walk with my boyfriend today and it was effortless. I was so busy that I missed my surgiversary on the 4th!

  6. Had blood drawn today to see if my thyroids are out of wack. I've had a period every 14 days for the last month and a half. Not feeling too well.

  7. My one year surgery anniversary is coming up! Next Wednesday! It seems like it was just yesterday!

  9. My best friend wants to do a girls trip in July- it's time to get "summer time fine" lol

  11. About to go to the gym in an hour. I went back to my sleeve basics yesterday! Protein protein protein!

  13. Hey Irene! How are you! I was curious about something. How many calories do you think I should be burning in the gym in order to keep my weightloss steady? I eat around 800-1000 calories and I usually burn about 500-750 each time I workout, I wonder should I try and up my calories or something.

  15. I also ran at 6.6mph today- it was exhilarating!

  16. I had a great day in the gym- 40 minute run and I rowed 2000 meters in 7 minutes and 28 seconds. I'm soo very sore!

  17. Appointment with dietician next Tuesday- 2lbs away from where she wants me to be! My Surgiversary is April 4th- I'm gonna push to be below 210 by then.

  18. I've been using my fitness pal to make sure I'm within my calorie goals for each day and to make sure my water intake, exercise and protein are right on point! Great tool!

  19. On a mini vacation with my honey- I'm so happy to finally get away for a while. Tomorrow it's back to the gym, back to all the normal stuff.

  20. Today I feel so good. This last stretch of my weight loss journey has taught me to have patience with my body. I finally see that. I'm on the right track with my diet and exercise and it's really paying on off!

  22. I'm going to start doing push ups everyday- I hear it's one of the best simple exercises you can do :)

  23. Waiting at the Breaking Dawn Part 1 release at Target. Midnight please hurry up. I'm gonna end up spending money lol.

  24. Ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes at 5mph- my goal is to be running at 8mph by February 28th!

  25. Getting ready for the gym! The goal this week is 7 days straight. I'm going for a 45 minute run tonight!!! Whoop!
