    I tried on a XL dress today and it fit perfectly. I' can fit sizes 12/14, which is so much better than my old 22's lol

    Still no change in my weight loss since I started the challenge. I've went back to protein shakes and exercise and I'm hoping to see some changes. My clothes feel bigger but the scale is not moving:(

    My sister wants to do the pre-surgery liquid diet for 2 weeks so that she can't get her baby weight off... I may do it with her, I still have 68lbs to go before I hit goal!
