I went to see my dietician- she put me on a "schedule" for the next 30 days. Im hoping to lose 10lbs by the deadline. Wish me luck!

I think I may need to talk to y dietician again. My weighloss has stalled and hasn't moved since Halloween.

I wanted to look and feel confident in myself when I walked across the stage yesterday at 12:30pm so I worked out for 2 weeks straight prior to graduation day. I think I'm still in disbelief that my day finally came but it was a great feeling! I feel like my sleeve gave me the confidence and the courage to get as far as I have in less than a year. I had planned to post pone my graduation until May but I didn't and I'm glad I stuck to it. I'm glad I stuck to having my sleeve, I'm glad I found you guys here at VST, this has been one of the greatest years of my life. I attached a pic below

I know how you feel. I want to be at 210 or 215 by Christmas and the scale has been going from 218,219,220 for over 3 weeks. and I've been working out like a mad woman! That darn scale!!!!

My boobs are very deflated as well. I have experienced the knots in my legs- it think its fat or something. I know exactly how you feel!
