NLWC.Christa got a reaction from Honeypenny in Stomach growling??
My sleeve gurgles a lot. Particularly the first time I drink after a meal. I know that it is not hunger pains, so I just chalk it up to one of the anomolies of the sleeve and the liquid gurgling through whatever food is left in my stomach. My sleeve is so "chatty" sometimes, that I finally had to give her a name. Suzy definitely has a personality all her own!

NLWC.Christa got a reaction from LisaT678 in Started 'Couch to 5k today' Anyone keen?
Started it again this week. W1D3 tomorrow. I've done it once before, then got out of the running habit. Doing it outside this time, as opposed to on a treadmill. Enjoying running outside so much. Two Color Runs coming up in September, gotta be ready!

NLWC.Christa reacted to Tiffykins in Inner Thighs
Leg lifts with a weighted ball. Lay on your side, hold weighted ball in between your knees, and lift your knees off the ground, hold for a few seconds then slower lower your knees, but do not allow them to touch the floor. You can do the same thing with the ball in between your ankles and that really helps the outer thighs. I started with a 4lb bag of flour since I didn't have a weighted ball.
I also did leg swings while standing up, using a chair to balance, extend leg out, tighten your thigh muscles through the movement, keeping your foot flat, do not point toes, and hold your leg out for 10 seconds then swing it back to center.
