  2. I find it much more difficult to run outside than on my treadmill........I'm sure it is something I'm not doing properly, but I just seem to hit the pathway kind of flat Any suggestions on how to make this transition?
  3. I found some reasonably priced bras at Ross that I really like and bought 6 of them All of my clothes pretty much come from salvation army or goodwill. I don't mind paying a couple bucks for something I'm going to wear for part of a season if I'm lucky..........
  4. I think we all start out with the "what the hell have I done" thought...........it does get better and then it just gets awesome!
  5. So I'm finally heading into a size 14 regular, down from an 18W That only took almost a year, but I have been keeping measurements. I measure my knees, thighs, butt, waist, bust, arm and neck. Have lost a total of 36"!!! There is 3 feet of me gone! That's 1 yard! Freakin awesome.......I need to remember that when my scale barely moves.

They call it cream of vegetable and have a table on what to add to the soup for the various veggie used. And I love any type of broccoli soup

  10. I had no hunger at all for a few months post-op.......now I can tell when I'm empty. It will take some time, but you really need to try and get the Protein and fluids.......I didn't take any Vitamins until I was on solid foods, and I'm still pretty bad about swallowing them every day

  12. Mine didn't even have protein bars.....was liquids only. But it was only for 10 days, and I promise you after day 4 it gets a lot easier Be strong, you can do this!
  13. have you talked to your nutritionist? 800 calories a day wasn't enough for me.....had no energy and wasn't losing until I bumped it up to 1000.
  14. v-8 cream of broccoli soup.........add some shredded cheese if you want. It's delicious!
  15. greek yogurt, eggs, refried beans, ricotta bake from eggface (awesome!) blended soups......I thought I'd died and gone to heaven when I tried V-8 Cream of Broccoli I was leaning away from the sweet stuff, had more than enough of that during liquid phase! And I tried to lay off the carbs too, this is the honeymoon period and it should help.....
