Hi ladies, I'm loving the weight loss, but missing my hair. My friend who is a stylist told me to start brushing my hair starting at the bottom and work my way up, did it today and had just a bit hair fall off. She said that when we brush up going down we pull our hair out with the brush. Let's see if it slows down the hair falling!

Hello everyone! i was sleeved Feb. 28th, and my hair loss is making me stress! i have so little hair now! the thickness of maybe 4 pencils put together....i used to have tons and would get it thinned out...omg! now i wish i had that hair! im now taking Biotin but don't know how long it takes to work...anyone else has this same problem? and do you take Biotin too?

Thank you all so much! This journey has been very life changing! For the better, gotta say I don't take any more blood pressure meds!! Yay!! My bp is under control and my back dosnt hurt much! Yay, my ex is totally hating me now... Ugh!!! He thinks I did this for someone else, tho he never saw how sick I was to the point it was hard for me to walk and go up stairs...I had to up the stairs crawling...that was sad!! Adios,,, to the 350 plus Patty!!! This is the new one and I love her : )

These pictures were of me this first one was a year ago exactly! always hated to take pictures and always asked the kids to cover me please... now...today, 60 pounds down after surgery!! and about 110 lb down since last year. ...this one was taken 2 weeks ago this picture was taken today! i feel more secure about my self : )

Omg!! Kelly I get that gurgle too!! Super annoying!! I guess it's the price we pay for better health. Kerry, I haven't gone out to a restaurant, but I guess I can blame it on one of my kids...lol

Hi everyone! I need to ask if anyone else is having this burping issue?! I was sleeved in late February and til yesterday I started with all this burping... Annoying!! It feels like if I drank gallons of soda. Last night was crappy!! I kept on burping and some acid would come up too...I was and so tired ir kept me up all night to top it off I have a cold and I'm sneezing like crazy.....so do any of you have this gassy burping issue?? Or is it just me??

Ok now this second am at one of my dr appointments and I weigh 7 lb more!?! WHAT!?! ok now I feel horrible! I weighed my self this morning on my scale n I was down those 7 lb! This sucks!! I hate scales!!! I am taking my vitamins everyday but I found out today we are supposed to take vitamin k12 everyday!? My surgeon said once a week if it was a pill under the tounge. They are all so different! Ok I just had to vent

Hi everyone! I've lost 49lb in these past 7 weeks. This has been a long difficult journey as all you know and I still feel tired and in no mood to do stuff at times. One thing is I'm able to eat food! Yay and yesterday I had some salad and it was the best thing ever! I had no trouble with it and I also had some carne asada chopped up small and my tummy was good with it I'm happy!

Thank you so much!! I'm going to go to Costco and look for the liquid once a day sounds great to me! Because I know there is some pretty nasty stuff out there.

Hi! I need some help please! I have bought some calcium and omg!! As soon as I start chewing I spit it out they are horrible tasting!! Is there some good recommendation or websites where they sell some samples?? Free would be way better thank you!
