So I've figured out while I'm working my 12 hrs I'm gonna kinda work out at work so vision this, I'm in the basement and took the stairs all the way up to the 3rd floor of a 12 story building. Ya my calves burn, my legs are noodles but man I feel good

So mad!!! When I was in a size 3x I couldn't find bathing suits and now I grew sum balls and went to getone and there was 4 racks of size 2 and 3x, WTF??? Needless to say I left the store without one, will keep looking

Total NSV today, I went to Walmart to get me some capri's seeing its warm here in Ca and I'm in a size 14. I've never been in that size ever!!!!!! All through high school I was in a size 16, unchartered waters her I come

I know I shouldn't celebrate just yet but I am. I think my stall broke, I was peeing all damn day yesterday so most likely water weight,. I'm down 1-2 lbs depending on how many times I check the scale in aww. My size 16's r now loose, must be doing something right n the scale must be lying, hee hee

This cold is now hitting me hard, but I'm sleeping better thx to Nyquil. I'm down another 2 lbs only because I don't feel like eating or drinking

Down another 1.5 lbs, glad the scale is starting to see things my way

Surgeon finally set my goal, he say's between 137-140. I have 37 more lbs to go. I'm hoping to be there by my wedding anniversary in October

Really dislike how my body loses weight. I drop around 5 lbs in a week and bam gain 2 back and then stall for 2 weeks. Hopefully this time its because of mother nature and nothing else. But must admit I haven't worked out w/my Kinect all week, just haven't been feeling good

Broke down and weighed myself after I said I wouldn't till mother nature left and ya, those two are conspiring against me, gained 2 lbs. I will not let the scale and mother nature win this battle. I put the scale away, outta sight, outta mind till I'm done with this PMS crap

I'm starting to keep a food journal to find out exactly how many calories I'm taking in. I think my body is in starvation mode seeing I'm not losing weight but I am losing inches. I mean come on 1 turkey meatball 3 times a day is not much but we'll see

Christmas is now over and I'm so ready for the New Year. 60lbs till I reach goal and it will be done

Darn it, still losing. I don't want to lose anymore. Also for sum reason right now nothing looks good to eat but we all know we have to eat

Tuesday is my 1 yr check up. I can't believe it's been a year already, where does the time go?? I can honestly say I'm pretty darn proud of myself. Started my journey in a size 3xl n now I'm in a medium, pants size 24/26 and now I'm a size 6/8

Haa haa hubby is eating my healthy choice meals. The steak portabello steamer one is delish n he jacked it. He must be sick, he doesn't eat anything healthy

Just tried on sum clothes a friend brought over to me and ohhhhh yea Im luving my new size and her generosity!!!!!

Weight loss slowed down dramatically but man the inches are flying off, will post pix when I get home of a full body view. Can't believe this is my body I stare at in the mirror

It was nice to meet you as well and thank you for the compliment on the hubby. He's very supportive and goes to all my sleeve appts/support so he can get an inside on whats going on or whats gonna happen. Can't wait till our next mtg in Jan
