  1. After 2 days of protein shakes I think I'm lactose intolerant. Don't even get half way done and the restroom is calling my name. Back at work and already did my 5 flights of stairs, I only took 5 mins though, must do more!

  2. So before divorcing my scale, I'm going to try to let my obsession go and weigh once a week on Friday nights when I get off work. If he still lies to me then were having a serious one on one conversation

  3. My running thru the house dancing was short lived. Damn I really should wait till my loss is for a couple days, out of the 4 lbs I lost 2 found their way back home, darn it

  4. Running thru the house, dancing like a crazy lady. Yes my stall has left the building. I'm down another 4 lbs. whoot whoot

  5. Taking a breaking from working out and upping my calories. Then we'll see if my scale and I are still divorcing, hee hee

  6. Had a blast a the meeting with a few girls from here and then went to fredericks and my girls have left the building but not the country, All n all a very very good day. Yes ladies I posted the pix in the success stories section

  7. My food journal so far and all I'm missing is my lil bit of dinner, clearly shows I'm not getting enough calories (219 calories so far) to support my body and the workouts

  8. I'm starting to keep a food journal to find out exactly how many calories I'm taking in. I think my body is in starvation mode seeing I'm not losing weight but I am losing inches. I mean come on 1 turkey meatball 3 times a day is not much but we'll see

  9. My stall is affecting me in a good way I guess, while I'm at work I climb 5 flights of stairs 2 times in my 12 hr shift and on my days off I'm working out 2x a day. I'm bound and determined to hit my goal for v-day

  10. I thank god everyday for this site and for the people I have met on it. I get some nasty migraines and someone said it could be my sugar levels dropping or whatever. I eat 1 piece of chocolate (Herseys dark chocolate) and the migraine goes away, what a concept, lol

  11. Ok so last night I weighed myself and I'm up 2 lbs, hubby is insisting it's me retaining water. I'm sooo not happy right now, I'm to be losing weight not gaining or stalling this early out

  12. Frustrated as all get out. I haven't lost any weight since the stomach flu bug hit me and this morning I weighed myself and I'm up 1 lb, WTF.... Guess I gotta work out harder

  14. At work and got a lil break before the roads ice up again and I climbed 4 flights of stairs, whew. I'm bound and determined to break this stall

  15. 7 weeks post-op and down 34lbs, not too bad just alil slow. But I'll take it anyway I can get it though, usually around this time of year I'm gaining weight

  16. In a stall once again. But just kinda wondering if it's because I've been working out and I'm very sore???? We'll see if I can break this damn rut today

  17. Christmas is now over and I'm so ready for the New Year. 60lbs till I reach goal and it will be done

  18. So I've figured out while I'm working my 12 hrs I'm gonna kinda work out at work so vision this, I'm in the basement and took the stairs all the way up to the 3rd floor of a 12 story building. Ya my calves burn, my legs are noodles but man I feel good

  21. Now that we are floating away here in CA, I'm off to work to dispatch and watch all the accidents on the fwys, plz everyone becareful out there. Oh and I'm doing the chain controls in the mountains plz don't go up there

  22. So I weighed myself tonight b4 the shower and I'm doin a lil dance all around the house. I'm down to 211 (lol thats an armed robbery in dispatch terms). Will I be in onderland by New Years, can it be??? Ahhhhh

  23. This bug is still holding on but not as bad. Started eating again yesterday but under and ounce, still real queasy. Haven't weighed myself yet just don't feel like doing anything

  24. Ok I'm now down to 212 thx to my stomach flu, not the way I wanted to lose the weight but hey I'll take it, today is so much better, well so far

  25. Ok so it wasn't the banana I have the stomach flu, soooo not pretty but I have lost 7lbs whooo hoo. Dr said if by tonight Im not feeling better and get weak off to the hospital I go, boooo
