Kick started my exercising again. Just climbed 9 1/12 flights of stairs at work, will be doing another 6 mile hike tomorrow morning. Doing the mountain hiking 2x's a week now and working out everyday either with weights or my Kinect. Lil black dress here I come whether ur ready or not

last night I weighted myself as I was getting ready for the shower and I came running out yelling, "baby, baby, I broke my stall, I broke my stall and lost 2 lbs." Go me, go me!!!! 26more lbs an Im in onederland, hurry up and get here

Lil man is just too much. He came into my room with a pen n paper and says, "mommy I'm writing a grocery list. So how do u spell orange juice?" I spelled it out for him and he's all, "ok got what I need now what else do we need?" Now that just made my day, luv my babies to death

Lost another #, down to 166.2. Now my 4th of July goal was either 165 or 160, If I keep it at 165 I definately will make this goal, humm

Luv it!!!! Hubby is now considering the sleeve, he says I've been very inspiring and he wants his health back too. The sleeve is the best tool I could of ever dreamed of

Luv my sleeve any other superbowl I would of gained weight. I only gained 5 oz this time n I'm sure its from my cool aid or my sore muscles, lol

My ass is DONE!!!! Think I over did it but at least I got everything done. Cleaned the whole house, all that's left is vaccuming. 3 loads of laundry done, xmas **** put away!!!!! Now I'm watchin the. Raider game w/my hotness.

My attack of the munchies and the carb monster didn't do the damage I thought it would. whew!!!! Back to getting serious and getting these last 30-40 lbs off

My EA active 2 workout gets more and more intense everyday and today man am I feeling it. The damn scale made me step on it again and I'm down 1 lb and hopefully I stay that way

My food journal so far and all I'm missing is my lil bit of dinner, clearly shows I'm not getting enough calories (219 calories so far) to support my body and the workouts

My running thru the house dancing was short lived. Damn I really should wait till my loss is for a couple days, out of the 4 lbs I lost 2 found their way back home, darn it

My stall is affecting me in a good way I guess, while I'm at work I climb 5 flights of stairs 2 times in my 12 hr shift and on my days off I'm working out 2x a day. I'm bound and determined to hit my goal for v-day

Need to get back in the routine of working out, dang stomach flu threw me off track and I have yet to get back my motivation

Not feelin too good today. Tummy pain kept me up most of the night seeing I couldn't sleep on my stomach, its gonna be a long day
