Haa haa scale listens very well or its tired of me yelling at it. Lost 1# yesterday and now down 5oz today. Whoot whoot

Had a blast a the meeting with a few girls from here and then went to fredericks and my girls have left the building but not the country, All n all a very very good day. Yes ladies I posted the pix in the success stories section

Had an attack of the carb monster yesterday. you would of thought I was pregnant or sumthing anything and everything went into my mouth. I'm allowed one day a month to be bad, right??

Had my 1 month check up and I've lost a total of 24 lbs, the Dr and I agreed on my goal weight. Alil upset though how he wont let me be off longer so now back to work I go and yes I'm working the holidays 12hr shifts

Had my 1yr check up and it was bitter sweet, my Dr said I've done amazing and now after a year I'm on my own, I won't be seeing him anymore unless sumthing goes wrong

Had my 3mth check up and I'm down 46 lbs since surgery, Dr says thats good. I must be hard on myself cuz I don't think so. Then I'm beyond excited I'm on full foods now, I can't wait to have that bite of meat, lol

Happy birthday my lil man. I just can't believe ur 7 already. U were my dream come true at that time. Never thought I would be able to have kids but u stuck around n changed my life forever. I luv u baby boy!!!!!
