Think I broke my addiction with the scale, I haven't weighed myself in 4 days. After all the workouts I've done and I can actually climb the stairs at work to the 12th floor that dang scale better move the next time I check

This bug is still holding on but not as bad. Started eating again yesterday but under and ounce, still real queasy. Haven't weighed myself yet just don't feel like doing anything

This cold is now hitting me hard, but I'm sleeping better thx to Nyquil. I'm down another 2 lbs only because I don't feel like eating or drinking

This hair loss thing is really bothering me, I had so much hair before that I could of shaved half my head and the pony tail would still be thick, now my pony tail is very very thin, mayb the width of a quarter. Plz lord let this slow down soon, at this rate I'll be bald by April.

This past year was very difficult for our household n my families household. Too many ups n downs. This up coming year I have a feeling its gonna be a good one all around. No more struggles or health concerns for the most part is my wish n hopefully it gets fullfilled. I'm tired of seeing my family n friends struggle n deal with bs so here's to the best year of our lives my friendsaaaa

Thx to that TOM I gained 2 lbs. I'm perfectly fine with my weight loss so far that if i don't lose anymore I'm all good with it.

Tuesday is my 1 yr check up. I can't believe it's been a year already, where does the time go?? I can honestly say I'm pretty darn proud of myself. Started my journey in a size 3xl n now I'm in a medium, pants size 24/26 and now I'm a size 6/8

Well going to my first session of kick boxing, alil nervous though. I'm now down to 194.8 lost 2 lbs since weighing in on Sunday, must be all the work outs and hiking.

Well got sick for the 1st time since surgery. Was giving the kids a bath right after dinner and bending over with a full tummy is a no no.

Well hubby and I noticed last night my sagging butt and arms are starting to tone up a bit and my ghetto booty is almost gone, sniff sniff. I'm not ready for no butt just yet, lol
