thought I would ask re the ticker thing here...when I try to put 2 on the 1st one is repeated. Doesn't recognise the second one and I just end up with two tickers the same!! What am I doing wrong...lol!

If it is any help, I am feeling the same, just low at the moment and no more weight loss for me. I hate being such a slow loser and it gets me down in fits and starts. You are doing really well with your weight loss I wish I was 82Kilo! Still I suppose we are here for the long haul.

yea I am good... all good here in sunny Wales...lol

Lost 35lb now which is around 17kg so I am getting there!!

Work is ok, I have more energy when I get home now, so I am really starting to feel the benefits of losing some weight and getting fit!

bought some 'shape wear' in a size medium... and it fits! Not too tight and something I could defo wear all day... NSV for me! x
