Hey... no WAY are you old enough to have a 20yr old son!!! I'm ok, my lovely! I still can't train - been over a mth now - but my physio said to rest the back/groin area as it is still stiff and a little weak right now! I did miss it but at the moment I am glad for the rest...lol... hope you are well my friend! x

Hi Cheri, just wanted to say, once again, THANK YOU for your kind words... I didn't want to take over the thread, so I thought I would pop on here. I just can't seem to get the last pounds to go away and I am currently working against a back problem and going to physio, so I can't exercise at the moment. I just can't seem to give up though!! You always make me smile and cheer me on. It means a lot to me xx

I kicked some serious ass at the boxing gym tonight... even my coach was impressed! Cake - what cake ...lol!

I've actually lost a pound... not just any old pound though, this pound has made the difference; I am now overweight and not OBESE! Yey... I've waited over 2 years for this day!

I've booked a holiday! Two weeks in Crete, Greece, next month! I'd better sort some swimwear out...eeeek!
