Nicotine lasts only a few days but cotinine can last up to 30 days, depending on weight, diet, amount of smoking and other factors. I only know this because I asked my PCP when my surgeons office required a continine text for smoking. Good luck

Hello, I am due to have the sleeve surgery on 5/20 and have worked so hard to get to this point. Now that everything's established, I just have one problem. I have no money left for Protein. If anyone has any protein that they don't want or use, send it to me. I will pay for shipping and may take deals if deals are offered. I wouldn't be doing this if it wasn't completely necessary. Welcome! I am being sleeved by Dr. Kim on 5/20! Do you all live in Tx? Im coming from NC and am looking for inexpensive flights and hotel. I paid my deposit and my insurance is paying the rest. Where are you all having the surgery at? Im having mine at victory medical. Also, anyone who is having their surgery before me, can you try to leave a detailed account of how everything went?
