  1. So I've been MIA for the last 6 weeks I think. Anyways, school is crazy with finals right now and everything else going on in my life. I was at another stall for a few weeks, but finally broke through. I am down 66 lbs and have 35 to go. I hope to make it there by my one year surgiversary! Everone have a great weekend and week ahead!


  2. So, I weighed in at 176 today. That is 4 lbs down from last week! WTH? NO, I know why and it really isn't good. I have not been eating or drinking much. I am SO stressed out over school my tummy is in an uproar! I have NO appetite and am forcing myself to eat! Nursing school is do or die with their tests. If you dont' get a 75% YOUR OUT! SO stressful. Finals are coming up this week too and that is why I'm SO stressed. Trying to get back on track with eating and drinking RIGHT! Hope I pass my finals this week and can get back on the right track! See everyone next Saturday!


  3. This is GREAT! I'm feeling like I didn't do too well with eating this last week in the sense that I have hardly eaten. I am so stressed over school it is just terring up my tummy! I have NO appetite. Also I had a cocktail yesterday for "lunch". I was out with a group to study for school and a few of us had cocktails. I just had one it was my first in a VERY LONG time. It gave me a buzz right away, but didn't affect me in any bad way, so that was good to know I guess that I can still have a drink once in a while! I just didn't eat lunch and that was not good. I also have not been good on my Water intake some days I don't drink any and that is BAD! AND, I have been forgetting to take my vitamins! Sorry this is long, just needed to get it off my chest and to people who would understand where I'm coming from! I really need to get back on track. OH, one more thing! So, I've lost 55lbs so far and am feeling like a saggy old lady! I've lost my butt, and my boobs hang down to my toes, lol. My skin is feeling saggy and I just don't know what to think. I know I need to get back to the gym. Hopefully very soon school will lighten up and I can workout more! Thanks for listening. I appreciate you all.


  4. Down 1# back to where I was about 10 days ago :( I'm only 6 weeks out & starting to worry that the sleeve wont work on me!!!! Arghhh!! How can I eat 600-700 cals a day & not lose ??!?

    Don't worry, I happened to me to! I consider myself a slow loser and that's ok with me. It's still coming off! You will have drops, then nothing or just a little but don't think It won't work for you because it physically has to! Just stay on track and the weight will start to come off again!


  5. Just DO IT! It will be the best decision you'll ever make. There may be struggles, but in the end it is all going to be worth it! Research a lot and spend hours on this board before, and after. I LOVE this board and all the wonderful people and their support! Also find a support group you can go to before, it really helped me get a lot of questions answered and I still go and LOVE my group!


  6. I am officially down 50 lbs!!!!!!! WOOOHOOO!!! 181 Today! I am so excited! Now on to the 170's! Keep up the great work everyone and just remember there will be weeks with little to no loss, believe me I have been thru them more than once. It will come off, sometimes slower than others, but that is OK with me! Have a great week and i'll see everyone next week!


  7. I'm 4 mo out and my hairloss started at 2 mo out. I do have A LOT of hair, but it is coming out in handfuls. It is pretty scary! I wonder if my weight loss is mostly from my hair, lol just kidding. But seriously it is CRAZY how much hair I am losing. It is all over the house and the shower is now clogged! Don't mean to scare you, just tellin the truth. For me anyways! Sure hope it stops soon! Maybe you'll get lucky and not have much. I would still do it over and over again!


  8. No loss for me this week! No gain either, so it's all good. School is stressing me out big time and I feel like all my free time goes to studying. I have a major test EVERY week! Hopefully next week will be better. Congrats to everyone, you are all doing awesome. Sleeve4me, so proud of you for going to the gym! Love my VSG family! See ya next week!


  9. Sophia, YOU are one strong woman and in the end you WILL turn this around and everything is going to be ok. You already started by exercising! Just keep focused on that and eating the right nutritious foods! Everyone here loves you and is here for you if you need us for anything, even a shoulder to cry on.   10. This morning I weighed in at 188.0! Down 1.6 from last week, hey I'll take it! Started nursing school this last week and have been crazy busy hectic. A test last week and 3 next week. They don't play around in nursing school, lol. SO, to say the least I haven't even had time to think about getting on the scale and look forward to my Saturday morning weigh ins. Keep up the good work everyone and see you next Saturday!
